Dear Friend,

I'm happy to be back in Ohio after spending most of the week in Washington.

Here’s a quick update.

  • I voted to pass the funding package that will make our border more secure, keep our military strong, and reign in out-of-control spending.  There’s a lot of misinformation about this bill and, frankly, some outright untruths.  The bill was not perfect, but the alternative would be a shuttered government with a more open border, troops not being paid, and a continuation of the Biden-Pelosi-Schumer reckless spending.
  • I celebrated National Agriculture Week by giving a speech on the House floor recognizing the valuable contributions of Ohio Agriculture!

  • My IMPACT Act passed out of committee. This bill helps U.S. cement, concrete, and asphalt production to be stronger and more efficient.

Keep reading below for more details.

As always, stay up-to-date with my work in Washington and in our district by visiting my website and following me on Facebook, X, and Instagram.

Best wishes,
