Dear Friend,

I was back in Washington for a couple of days after starting the week off in Ohio and wanted to share a few things with you.

Here’s an update.

  • Along with House Agriculture Committee Chairman “GT” Thompson, I hosted an Agriculture Advisory Council meeting. I am committed to advocating for policies that make sure the next Farm Bill works for both the agriculture industry and everyday consumers.

  • I visited the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center. I continue to be inspired as I meet with students who are preparing to enter the workforce with practical career skills.

  • I am proud to have helped to pass legislation that contained resources for 15 community projects in our district. All of our requested Community Projects were included in the appropriations bills passed by the House this week--a tremendous victory for Northeast Ohio!

  • I attended the State of the Union. As I listened to President Biden's address, I couldn’t help but be disappointed by his failure to address issues important to our communities.

Keep reading below for more details.

As always, stay up-to-date with my work in Washington and in our district by visiting my website and following me on Facebook, X, and Instagram.

Best wishes,
