Dear {{prefix}} {{lastname}},

Happy Friday!

This week, I remained focused on delivering results for Florida’s 13th Congressional District while standing firm for the future of our country. From securing federal support for local workforce training to helping recovery dollars reach areas hit by Hurricanes Helene and Milton, I worked to ensure our district receives the resources it deserves. I also continued to hold the line on the SAVE America Act to prevent our election integrity from being further stalled by Senate excuses and political delay. As our nation celebrated 250 years of independence, this week was a reminder that protecting America’s future means fighting for it at every level.

Federal Support for St. Petersburg College

On Tuesday, I was proud to present $1 million in federal funding to St. Petersburg College President Dr. Tonjua Williams to support their SMART Tech Industry 4.0 Lab.

This investment will help transform the existing space at the Midtown Center into a hands-on training environment to equip local students with the skills and experience needed for high-wage careers in advanced manufacturing.

Refusing to Fold on SAVE America

On America’s 250th birthday, President Trump called on the Senate to pass the SAVE America Act and require proof of citizenship to vote in our elections. After passing the House three times, this legislation should already be signed into law, yet the cycle of insanity from the Senate continues.

I will not stop holding the line until the Senate stops blocking this bill and delivers the election integrity win our country deserves.

Celebrating America 250

This Fourth of July weekend, it was an honor tour nation’s Capitol to celebrate 250 years of the greatest country in the world. America’s story is one of courage, sacrifice, and rebellion, and this milestone was a reminder of how grateful I am to serve the people of Florida’s 13th Congressional District.

FEMA Funding For FL-13

This week, I was delighted to hear from FEMA that more than $1.3 million in Public Assistance grants are heading directly to critical recovery and protective projects across Florida’s 13th Congressional District as we continue rebuilding from Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

I am especially grateful that the City of St. Pete Beach and the Town of Belleair received 100 percent FEMA funding for critical emergency protective measures and debris removal. Our district deserves every available federal resource as we work toward a recovery built to last. Consider this a tax return!

Sincerely,

U.S. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna
